Our location in Irving, TX currently has an opportunity for Product Quality Assurance Professional.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Product Quality Assurance Professional is responsible for supporting complaint handling investigations, performing complaint trend analysis and representing PQA on cross functional teams pertaining to design and on market product performance. Works closely with technical team and CAPA in identifying potential product deficiency. Ensures customer responses are timely and meet quality guidelines.
  • Contributes to defining and timely achievement of overall project goals.
  • Manages assigned projects; work cross functionally to drive results
  • Provides compliant solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity.
  • Interacts constructively with employees, managers and cross-functional peers.
  • May lead a project with a limited scope, but usually a contributor on broader projects.
  • Provides guidance to other Professionals and Technicians.
  • Maintains awareness of standards that regulate our industry.
  • Ensures compliance to site level policies and procedures by promptly reporting non-compliance issues to management within Division and Corporation as appropriate.
  • Maintains vigilance to ensure adherence to Quality Policy and Quality system procedures by promptly reporting noncompliance issues to management.
  • Applies basic Risk Management principles to work.
  • Evaluates and Investigates complex complaints with management oversight.
  • Provides compliant analysis to a variety of complaint investigations and regulatory inquiries.
  • Ensures compliant documentation related to area of responsibility
  • Coordinates quality decisions between different quality and engineering groups


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING

Required
  • Bachelors Degree in a related function or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of related experience
  • Demonstrated technical competency and working technical knowledge and application of concepts, practices and procedures


Preferred
  • 3 + years work experience in Quality or related field experience; Less experience may be appropriate with advanced degree.
  • Demonstrates understanding of how their function supports the business.
  • Demonstrates technical and business competencies that drive results and continuous improvement.
