Our Kansas City, MO office currently has an exciting opening for a Clinic Payment Client Services Representative. A key member of the Clinic Payment Client Service's team who is responsible for assisting Clinic Payment Client Service Supervisor with process improvement projects, clinic escalations, clinic support and Clinic Payment Operations support.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Assist Clinic Payment Client Services Supervisor with process improvements and workflow enhancements for the Clinic Payment Operations department.
  • Assist Clinic Payment Client Services Supervisor with project improvements throughout the Finance department.
  • Assist Clinic Payment Client Services Supervisor with various departments in customer specific projects that arise.
  • Assist Clinic Payment Operations with daily tasks as needed.
  • Prepare account analysis and reconciliations as needed.
  • Assist Clinic Payment Client Services Supervisor with other special projects as needed.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING

Required
  • Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must be able to handle a high volume of accounts payable activity with accuracy.
  • 10-Key typing ability required
  • Computer experience required
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel experience required

Preferred
  • Accounts payable knowledge preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Navision and Perceptive Content a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to multi-task and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills and able to make sound decisions.
  • Familiarity with clinic operations, clinic billing, and the drug testing and occupational health services industry a plus
