About the job

TI's Voltage References and Supervisors product line seeks a self-motivated, driven, proactive, and energetic systems manager to creatively build products and product roadmaps to enable market leadership. As a leading supplier of voltage references and supervisors, we cater to thousands of customers in many market segments with specific focus on Automotive and Industrial market trends.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Manage Systems team to drive towards on-time execution
  • Strategically build long term and short term roadmaps to gain leadership in key Automotive and Industrial Markets segments
  • Identify new market trends and build innovative definitions of Voltage references and Supervisors
  • Manage and Rank Creative backlog product ideas
  • Drive innovation in product features, specifications and performance
  • Successfully drive new product growth revenue with early customer and sales engagements
  • Work with other engineering roles (Design, Test, Package, PE, PM etc) to identify opportunities to innovate in Process, Package, IP and Test


Minimim Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field of study
  • 4+ years of relevant experience

  • Experience promoting/marketing ICs and driving design wins by providing system solutions

  • Demonstrates strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Understand market trends, key requirements in Automotive and Industrial applications
  • Experience with product definition and driving new product development to release
  • Ability to build long term and short term creative backlog of product ideas
  • Familiarity with lab equipment
  • Strong understanding of analog/mixed-signal IC's
  • Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
