About the job

As a senior analog design engineering manager, you'll lead three talented design teams to architect new TI Power Management products that solve our customer's industrial and automotive design challenges. Under your leadership, the team will model, design, and implement integrated circuits with the focus on Wide Vin (30V-120V) DC-DC solutions.

To include:
1. Collaborating with the demand creation team to define and design leadership products to bring new levels of optimization and efficiency to our customer's products.

2. Interfacing with process, packaging and Intellectual Property leaders across Texas Instruments to collaborate and influence development of world class products that solve our customer's problems.

3. Working alongside various organizations in the product line including marketing, systems, applications, verification, layout, validation and test to successfully execute new products from concept to volume production and subsequent support.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, Electrical and Computer Engineering or related field
  • 9+ years of relevant experience .

Preferred qualifications:
  • Solid background in analog and mixed signal design with a track record of leading teams to execute competitive designs to plan.
  • 2+ years of experience leading high performing design teams
  • 3+ years of experience with power management circuit design
  • 5+ years of experience with analog circuit design
  • 3+ years of experience designing for Automotive quality standards
  • Demonstrated ability to release products to market
  • Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively
  • Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships
