Position Specific Description

FPL Energy Services is seeking an Associate Customer Account Specialist to work in a temporary role in Miami, FL.

In this role, the individual will:
• Work 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday (overtime available in peak months)
• Support FPL Home products and services through inbound and outbound calls
• Process deferable work items
  • Program enrollments
  • Program cancelations
  • Start program billing
  • Customer call back request
  • Surge claim forms

• Execute WOW actions to create memorable moments with customers
• Provide feedback in weekly calibrations to improve quality of service

• Must be in good standing in current role
• Meeting all productivity, quality, and behavioral indicators
• Great dependability

Job Overview

Employees in this role are responsible for maintaining and cultivating customer relationships. This role serves as the primary point of contact for any and all aspects of the assigned customer account.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Underdirect supervision:
  • Researches and resolves sensitive customer requests and complaints
  • Ensures timely report of outages
  • Performs general account maintenance and billing adjustments
  • Performs rate analysis
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • High School Grad / GED
  • Experience: 2+ years

Preferred Qualifications

  • Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certified
