Quality Coordinator

Job Description
The Quality Coordinator in our Microbiology lab is responsible for completing assignments required to support the clinical and quality teams and facilitating metrics, monitoring, compliance, and initiatives.

Other duties include:

- Assists in developing, formatting, and maintaining Coram policies and procedures, programs, tools, and spreadsheets approved for quality initiatives. Tracks Coram's performance to standards in the areas of safety and quality.
- Assists in reviewing and monitoring of internal and external quality platforms used in tracking and tracing compliance metrics, clinical performance, corrective action plans, and documentation.
- Responds to requests from Coram pharmacies and nursing during audits and surveys (internal and external).
- Interprets, develops, and maintains quality metrics and documents within the data management system.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum two years of progressive administrative experience.
- Ability to analyze business documentation, including policies and procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer support skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office software - Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications
Healthcare Experience

- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- Associate Degree preferred
