Our Care Management Product team is a growing and an integral team within the broader CVS Health organization, creating and driving shared value for the organization with novel care management products that uniquely build upon core CVS Health assets. The Senior Consultant, Care Management Product will work closely with the Care Management Product team to refine processes, drive efficiency, and increase product efficacy through collaboration with stakeholders, detailed analyses, and ownership of complex projects. A key function of this role will be to partner with other business units throughout our organization to ensure that the full end to end program management is executed efficiently for our Care Management offerings. This includes but is not limited to: Contractual and performance guarantee agreement management, product data requirements, metrics and outcomes reporting, technical requirements facilitation, vendor partnership coordination and support, and sales operations support. In this role you will:
• Scope product enhancements, curate a backlog of feature requests, and track sales questions & concerns that can be addressed or solved through future product enhancements
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues from a variety of departments to better understand business goals; evaluate dependencies and identify path forward for executing on our defined business goals
• Partner with vendors, IT, Legal, Client Implementations, Compliance/Regulatory, Analytics, Data Science, and Sales and Account teams' to establish program design, build program requirements, and roll out program implementation
• Partner with marketing and aid in the development of product marketing materials to assist in key sales
• Manage a pipeline of clients in various stages of program involvement, ranging from sales, implementation, and active enrollment
• Assist in monitoring product performance and proactively identify and address issues that arise
• Evaluate pricing for our products and services, especially custom pricing requests that occur for various clients

Required Qualifications
• 2+ years working in product management or product development roles
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare industry knowledge, preferably in health care technical solutions space
• 2+ years of experience using advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically with Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and Word

• Results-oriented; possess the ability to set expectations based upon the timelines and workload of cross functional stakeholders, drive projects to completion, and hold others accountable to reach our desired outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to develop and deliver presentations to multi-level leadership and operational audiences
• Proactive ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to identify, analyze and solve practical problems; adjusting priorities as needed and meeting deadlines
• Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to spot process or product problems proactively
• Prior client facing experience; able to represent and support the product in front of key clients
• Not afraid to challenge the status quo, seek continual improvement and reinvent processes when necessary
• Demonstrated leadership ability, able to develop cross functional relationships and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
• Analytics expertise; experience working with enterprise databases and SQL to address product questions
• Excel analytical capabilities; familiar with pivot tables and tracking P&L
• Ability and flexibility to travel up to 10% when Covid-19 related restrictions are lifted

• Bachelor's Degree is required
• Preferred in healthcare field, business administration, clinical or operations management
