Job Summary

The Corporate Facilities Lead will be responsible for Hyatt's facilities and functions of mail.

Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Responsibilities)

  • Handle internal mail and facsimile distribution.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail
  • Process Membership and Welcome Kit tasks (mail merge, folding, stuffing)
  • Coordinate attorneys and all necessary supplies for benefit fairs
  • Maintain brochure and fulfillment room organization.
  • Process UPS and FedEx packages
  • Support fulfillment team
  • Provide delivery help.
  • Order and keep track of inventory of all supply orders from WB Mason.
  • Maintain the supplies (WB Mason) for the 8th & 9th floors and replenish as needed.
  • Support office restructurings
  • Support Chief of Staff with vendors, including, but not limited to, carpet and catering.
  • Support the security procedures.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Required Qualifications

  • Microsoft Office experience (Excel and Word)
  • Ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to effectively manage a high-volume workload.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in written correspondence
  • Ability to interact effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to interact effectively with external partners and clients over the phone.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. It also includes manual lifting of boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
