Sr. Transition Project Manager

Job Description

Project management veteran assigned to high profile and/or complex Managed Services implementation projects based upon cumulative experience, certifications, and leadership.
    • Independent development of Project plan, critical path milestones, schedules, Communication Plan, Risk Analysis, and Issue/Action register
    • Exemplary client and internal facing project communications, single point of contact (SPOC), stakeholder identification and management, and accurate weekly project status reports
    • Accountable and responsible for project execution against cost, schedule, and quality constraints
    • Responsible for RACI assignments and holding project participants accountable
    • Responsible for providing mentoring to Level I and II project managers when assigned
    • Assist PMO/TMO leadership with RFP solution development and departmental CSI upon request
    • Master of Change Management process
    • Attention to detail in all aspects of project management demonstrating leadership through confidence, competence, communications, and control


Requirements

Project management veteran assigned to high profile and/or complex Managed Services implementation projects based upon cumulative experience, certifications, and leadership.
    • Minimum of 3 years of Pomeroy Project Manager II or one year of Project Manager III experience, PMP certification or solid plan for achievement of the PMP credential, and scoring >\u003d 3.75 Performance Evaluation
    • OR >\u003d7 years of external IT project management experience and post graduate degree or PMP certification
    • OR an active PMP certification, >\u003d 7 years of IT Project Management experience, and >\u003d5 years of IT technical support experience (i.e. Networking, IT Operations Management, etc.)
    • Mastered the basic functions of Msft Project
