Depot Repair Admin

Job Description

General Function: With moderate supervision, follow / adhere to documentation, policies and procedures to perform basic tasks to support to Depot Repair client accounts. The list of responsibilities includes ensuring client product (new and repaired) is properly received into the department, product repairs are recorded in the system and ready for billing, and product shipments are processed to meet client timing requirements. This role will also be responsible for attending client meetings and presentations, providing supporting information, as required. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: The duties listed below are intended only as illustrations of the various types of work that may be performed. The omission of specific statements of duties does not exclude them from the position if the work is similar, related or a logical assignment to this position * Maintain a working knowledge of Depot Repair systems * Execute Depot Repair system transactions, including creating and closing Service Requests, and Depot Repair Sales Orders, generating pick tickets and performing equipment warranty look-ups. * Validate equipment warranty status * Assist with the general organization and filing of associated paperwork * Resolve minor customer service issues * Provide account status updates to Supervisors and Managers daily * Attend client meetings and presentations * Communicate to the client as appropriate through execution of tasks as requested * Act as a team member and assist with work flow within Depot Repair * Monitor service levels * Adhere to all company and department policies, processes and procedures Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required: * Achieved a High School Diploma or equivalent * Knowledge of basic Microsoft Office programs (e.g. Excel, Word) * Ability to understand and communicate fluently in English * Capable of responding to ever changing client needs in a team environment with a positive attitude * Understanding of customer service skills Physical and Mental Demands The physical and mental demands described here are representative of those that must be met by employees to successfully perform the essential functions of this class. This position also requires frequent lifting of IT devices ranging in weight from 1lb to 25 lbs.
