We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter who will be responsible for managing the overall staffing function for all functions across Altice USA.
  • The Technical Recruiter willidentify, recruit, screen, and present good candidates for technology positions, collaborating with hiring managers to set realistic technical requirements
  • Ensure the recruitment and placement of highly qualified technical candidates in accordance with budgets and new hire date requirements.Work with management on projects related to process, procedures and reporting requirements to coordinate staffing activity.
  • Partner with hiring managers and technical department heads to understand position requirements and current business needs. Understand department's forecasted staffing needs and plan recruiting strategies months in advance of actual start date needed.
  • Utilize a variety of recruitment tactics, including but not limited to Internet recruitment and advertising, to identify a diverse pool of qualified candidates to meet current and future recruitment needs.
  • Counsel management in the staffing process including the staffing requisition process, selection and determining salaries.Manage the internal job posting process to ensure that employees are considered and receive appropriate feedback on their candidacy.
  • Successfully utilizing recruiting tools such as social media, professional affiliations, job boards, database searches, etc.


  • Five plus years professional experience in technical recruiting required, preferably in a high-volume environment with technical
  • Proven success utilizing creative recruiting tactics such as Internet recruiting.
  • Ability to provide weekly recruiting updates to Senior Management members.
  • Must have the ability to interface in a professional manner with all levels of management.
  • Strong PC skills required including spreadsheet applications. Ability to develop reports.
  • Familiarity with current laws/legal requirements concerning recruitment and employment, EEO, ADA
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources/Industrial Relations or a related degree preferred.
