Job Description

The Sr Campus Recruiter I develops and delivers effective Campus talent acquisition and diversity plans and programs to source and manage a pipeline of candidates for various portfolios.

Depth & Scope:

Experienced professional role providing specialized Campus recruitment delivery to various hiring teams as part of the Campus Recruitment Program
Requires experience and knowledge of Campus recruitment best practices and current industry trends
Provides training to others on best practices, processes, etc. as well as guide junior team members for the completion of business as usual functions
Focuses on the design and delivery of talent attraction programs to collegiate audiences; professional presentation capabilities and excellent written / verbal communication skills are strongly preferred
Experience working on talent attraction programs along with full lifecycle recruitment experience is strongly preferred

Job Requirements

  • Must be eligible for employment under regulatory standards applicable to the position.

  • Undergraduate degree
    5 + years related experience
    Demonstrated recruiting experience in an HR setting or agency setting required; full cycle Campus Recruitment experience is strongly preferred
    Established network of contacts in Banking / financial services and executive circles preferred
    Proven interviewing experience required; previous experience creating and delivering talent attraction presentations to live audiences strongly preferred
    Demonstrated experience in capturing data and building a database of market data; high detail vigilance along with data management skills (Excel) strongly preferred
    Extensive knowledge of recruiting and employment practices
    Knowledge of federal and state employment laws
    Proven ability to develop optimal relationships with associates and hiring managers
    Strong negotiation and facilitation skills.
    Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to build and maintain business partnerships
    Computer literacy and proficiency in common PC applications including internet recruitment tools
    Excellent written and verbal communications skills
    Proven ability to source passive candidates
    Experience and ability to create networks and utilize social media
    Ability to work independently
    Proven ability to prioritize competing responsibilities and assignments using sound business judgment
