Job Description

As a valued colleague on our team, you will contribute to the coordination, scheduling, and performance of the Future Housing Leaders program. Future Housing Leaders is a program that connects college students with diverse backgrounds to paid internship and entry-level job opportunities in the housing industry offered by top employers who are actively engaged in promoting diversity in their workforce. In this role, you will ensure adherence to schedules and deadlines, drive engagement with internal and external partners and stakeholders, collaborate with team in developing solutions to program issues, and collaborate cross-functionally to coordinate projects, tasks, and operations.

The Senior Program Coordinator will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement programs that align with the enterprise's mission and goals.
  • Monitor program updates by defining objectives and overseeing day-to-day activities.
  • Review and provide feedback on program goals and monitor progress.
  • Partner cross-functionally to implement new programs or initiatives.


Qualifications

Minimum Required Experience
  • 2 years relevant experience in project or program management
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple and competing tasks
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Desired Experiences
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent

Skills
  • Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion
  • The group of skills related to Relationship Management including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, and building relationship networks
  • Skilled in documentation and database reporting for the purposes of analysis, data discovery, and decision-making with the use of relevant software such as, Excel, or
  • Skilled in the graphical representation of information in the form of a charts, diagrams, pictures, and dashboards with programs and tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal
