We have an exciting opportunity for a Sourcing Agent II/III - Fleet in our Canonsburg, PA location*. This role is primarily responsible for managing all aspects of the Equitrans fleet. The vehicle type profile of this fleet is primarily light duty, medium duty, and heavy-duty trucks, SUVs, ATVs, UTVs, and other equipment. Other responsibilities include Strategic Sourcing for other spend categories including, but not limited to, Safety, Security, and Facilities.

Your tasks and responsibilities include:
  • Ownership of the relationship with ETRN's third party fleet management provider and corporation's fleet processes and procedures
  • Management of the vehicle order cycle including replacement identification, specification creation, and ordering
  • Oversight of operational needs of the fleet including maintenance, repair, accident repair follow-up, inspection monitoring, and vehicle disposal
  • Monitoring and enforcement of vehicle assignments across the corporation's multiple functions
  • Creation and management of detailed analysis and reporting of an array of fleet metrics using both the 3rd party provider's application as well as internal reporting tools
  • Leading multiple cross-functional sourcing initiatives chartered to maximize the value of purchased services as required by the safety, security, and facility groups in accordance with specifications and scopes of work
  • Leading all aspects of the sourcing and procurement process for projects of moderate to high complexity including, but not limited to identification and pre-qualification of potential suppliers, Request For Proposal (RFP) management, complex pricing analyses, and negotiation/resolution of resultant agreements
  • Identifying and realizing cost savings opportunities through experience-based solutions focused on leveraging spend, service/supplier consolidation, analytics, and market knowledge
  • Developing, implementing, and managing programs to maximize the value of supplier relationships via ongoing monitoring, measurement and management of supplier performance
  • Other fleet needs as required

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • The Sourcing Agent II position requires at least two years of related sourcing experience including a demonstrated ability to conduct end-to-end sourcing projects and contract negotiations of moderate complexity. The Sourcing Agent III requires at least 5 years of experience. A combination of work experience and education will be considered.
  • Familiarity with transportation regulatory requirements (USDOT, IFTA/IRP, etc.)
  • An enthusiastic team-focused approach to delivering results for the overall organization
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills (oral and written)
  • Ability and willingness to balance both strategic initiatives and administrative tasks
  • Functional use of Microsoft Excel; advanced skills area a plus
  • Ability to manage a heavy workload that is time sensitive in nature
  • Ability to travel 15% of the time

The anticipated salary range for this position is $67,600 to $105,100 plus a total rewards package that includes:
