Gallup system administrators are responsible for designing, planning, monitoring and maintaining Gallup Technology systems.

The system administrator for Gallup's Apple Enterprise environment will be primarily responsible for providing operational support and product management for Gallup's Apple/Mac environment. Through careful analysis and monitoring, you will ensure high performance, availability and stability as you deploy and operate information technology infrastructure systems. You will partner with other system administrators to deploy and operate systems that maximize employee effectiveness.

Responsibilities include:

• Track inventory of all desktop equipment

• Perform hardware repairs on Apple equipment

• Install, launch and provide support for Mac OS, iOS and associated enterprise-use applications

• Support multiple projects while maintaining day-to-day business support

• Continually seek new technology and related product knowledge

• Provide insights and experience to streamline processes and improve deliverables

• Support remote users

What you need:
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or related field or equivalent system administration experience required
  • Two years of experience in Mac OS support, including a high level of familiarity with Apple business applications, creating and maintaining system images, and software troubleshooting
  • Apple technology integration and support with Windows file sharing and support of Microsoft Office on Mac devices, including Office 365
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud \Experience with Jamf Mobile Device Management (MDM)
  • Ideal candidates will have knowledge and experience in Windows system administration
  • Eligibility to work in the United States; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
