TM Implementation Maintenance Associate



Sterling National Bank is looking for someone to ensure highly effective implementation, training, and customer service. In this position, you will provide support and assistance to the Treasury Management Sales Officers, Implementation Managers, TM Service & Billing teams, and Commercial Banking Teams. You will play a critical role as a subject matter expert with in-depth knowledge of all TM products during the execution of maintenance activities related to Treasury Management products and services for existing clients.


Core Job Responsibilities/Key Activities/Elements:

1 Provide highly effective execution of maintenance activities related to Treasury Management products and services.

2 Provide prompt, professional resolutions and responses to both internal and external client issues.

3 Manage both internal and external client expectations with effective communication skills in order to communicate timeframes and deliverables in a timely manner.

4 Work with treasury management sales officers to develop strategic solutions to meet the client's needs.

5 Maintain a current knowledge base of industry standard treasury management products, services, and best practices.

6 Record accurate implementation activity through the treasury management pipeline and review report with management periodically.

7 Attend functions as a representative of the bank and participates actively in community organizations.

8 Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures.


1. For this position, you must have at least 5 years of experience managing client relationships.


1. Candidates with advanced degrees (Associates, Bachelor's, and/or Master's) preferred, yet a High School diploma or GED is required. Candidates with some combination of coursework and experience, or else extensive related professional experience, are eligible for consideration

2. Possess a comprehensive knowledge of the bank and its procedures, and a general understanding of TM products and services.

3. Ability to foster an environment of teamwork and cooperation in meeting customer needs and Bank goals.

4. Excellent communication, organization skills, and conflict resolution skills.

Effective time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and follow-up in a timely manner.
