Sr. HRIS Analyst

Job Description

As the Sr. HRIS Analyst, you will provide Workday production support to include advanced system design and configuration, complex report design, troubleshooting processed transactions, data analysis and testing. You will have demonstrated hands-on HRIS experience in HR, Payroll and Benefits including advanced configuration and report writing. You will report to the Sr. Manager, HRIS.

Responsibilities:
  • You will work with our business partners and HRIS experts to document report requirements, deliver Workday reports using Workday's report writing tools
  • Help us troubleshoot Workday issues and making updates to configuration to continually improve system.
  • Be our Workday expert including complex design and configuration.
  • Use existing applications (Workday, PeopleSoft) and determine methods to integrate data from multiple systems to produce reports
  • Work as liaison with our business partners and HRIS experts to monitor customer inquiries and resolve customer issues related to production support.
  • Develop comprehensive HCM production support skillsets to include user support, system support, system configuration, monitoring end-user data input, identifying control opportunities and implementing solutions, and resolving user issues.
  • Help us identify and resolve technical or process issues affecting HR/Payroll data integrity
  • Participate in the semi-annual Workday system update process, implementation of new functionality and multiple HR/Payroll projects.
  • Maintain understanding of industry best practices in HR, Payroll and Benefits Administration.


Basic Qualifications:
  • Required: 3+ years of experience in an HRIS Analyst role
  • Required: 2+ years of Workday experience including system configuration and advanced report writing
  • Preferred: Experience in PeopleSoft HCM
  • Experience with HR, Benefits and Payroll functions and data
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, macros) to include proficiency in spreadsheet analysis
  • Experience summarizing and translating complex information from a variety of sources in an easy format that is audience appropriate
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, information systems, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to explain data and findings to a non-technical audience.
