Job Description

As a valued colleague on our team, you will perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files.

THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE
The Customer Management Solutions - Administration Support - Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
  • Direct support of customer facing Executive Team
  • Hosting / coordination of events for Business Account teams
  • Perform administrative, analytical, and reporting tasks to assist in maintaining and enhancing communication and performance throughout the assigned organization
  • Execute activities for teams or business groups
  • Scheduling logistics
  • Collaborate with teams or business groups in achievement of divisional goals or objectives
  • Some project management / analysis activities for strategic goal success


Qualifications

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Desired Experiences
  • 5-7 years of executive level support experience
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent


Skills
  • Expertise in working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goalSubject matter expertise in day-to-day support of Executive Leaders
  • Expertise in building relationships with colleagues and partners
  • Experience helping an organization to plan and manage change in effort to meet strategic objectives
  • Experience defining and managing changes to documents, code, computer programs, websites, and other files to enable collaboration and ensure teams are working from the latest version
  • Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion
  • Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand
  • The group of skills related to Influencing including negotiating, persuading others, , and resolving conflict
  • Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions.
  • The group of skills related to Relationship Management including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc.
