Job Description
As an extended member for CVS Digital Engineering team, you will be immersed in a collaborative, innovative, and technically challenging environment. The platforms we support are essential to the necessity for the members/clients on their health management and improvements. We are looking for skilled candidates who are enthusiastic about learning new and existing technologies in order to deliver exceptional solutions for the production resiliency of the systems. The role incorporates aspects of software engineering and operations. We are combining these skills to come up with better ways of managing and operating applications. The ideal candidate will have min 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability or DevOps Engineering, demonstrated experience in Agile and challenging environment with a large enterprise.

Required Qualifications
•At least 5 + years of experience with listed technical skills.
• Experience in Incident Management, Change Management and Problem Management.
• Experience in Infrastructure Support, Configuration and Release Management.
• Experience on Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure, Google) Microservices, Rancher, Docker, Kubernetes and web APIs
• Tools: Oracle, Splunk,.Net,HTML,Nodejs,Java/J2EE,SQL Server
• Experience in Implementing Dev OPS, Grafana, istio, Prometheus and APPDynamics
• Experience in leading Large production support teams and Managing in a 24/7 support
• Knowledge of Application Cloud Security, Networking including DNS, WAF, DHCP, Firewalls and IP routing
• Hands-on experience with implementing in-memory caching solutions. Experience on Redis DB is the plus

Preferred Qualifications
•Ensuring all production changes are made in accordance with life-cycle methodology and risk guidelines.
•Coaching and mentoring team members while having an in-depth Functional knowledge of the application(s) supported and interdependencies.
•Applicant should have full understanding of Various API's and Middlewares like Apigee,Vordel, Data power and Nodejs .
•Applicant should expertise in configuring,supporting and manage Rancher,Kubernetes and Docker Containerization.
•Leading Large production support teams and Managing in a 24/7 support environment
•Responsible to establish Site Reliability and Assurance Engineering organization from transforming traditional Service Operations organization with the key focus on
building automation, Self-healing capabilities and platform resiliency frameworks.
•Understanding and working knowledge of infrastructure environments.
•Excellent problem management skills and relentless drive for root cause and execute measures to reduce repeat occurrence.
•Develop strategies to lead continuous improvement opportunities specialized in Enterprise Application & Product Services, Digital Interactive Technologies, DevOps maturity assessments, Cloud migration and Customer Experience management

BS in computer science or related technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education and years of experience.
