The Digital Business Development Manager (DBDM) is responsible for identifying and assisting the execution of customer leads originating from TEKsystems that will be carried out by One North Interactive (ONI). The DBDM will sit onsite at ONI and act as the field liaison between TEKsystems and ONI.

Primary responsibilities and requisite skills:

  • Collaborate with existing TEKsystems Digital AM's/SAM's/BDM's to identify and qualify reactive leads for ONI.
  • Attend customer meetings in person or via phone to help qualify and nurture opportunities for ONI with TEKsystems market-based teams
  • Combine market/account intelligence through account/market planning interactions to identify the ideal customers to engage with ONI i.e. relationships, company size, industry vertical...etc.
  • Provide AM's/SAM's/BDM's SMART questions to ensure leads are qualified prior to engaging with ONI team, or to better prepare the ONI team for initial customer meetings.
  • Work with ONI to learn their sales cycle, product offerings, value drivers and to create an internal sales campaign. Regularly provide local teams with proof points and case studies from ONI enabling field salespeople to better articulate these messages in customer meetings
  • Utilize FEDDEC business qualifying process to ensure overall business effectiveness
  • Understand and leverage the ONI strategic value proposition to best position TEKsystems and ONI with the marketing decision makers within key customers. Leverage this to facilitate customer meetings for ONI.
  • Maintain a functional understanding of TEKsystems Global Services Digital capabilities and value proposition to engage proper BDM's/SAM's when opportunities are uncovered that are not within the scope of ONI's capabilities.
  • Use existing TEKsystems Digital staffing requirements for the purposes of lead generation, partnering with local AMs/SAMs to ask additional questions within customers that may uncover an ONI opportunity
  • Partner with ONI to navigate the TEKsystems organizational structure and best ways of facilitating business


Requisite Experience:

  • 5 plus years' experience in Sales, preferably Digital Sales
  • Strong user experience with Salesforce CRM
  • Experience developing and presenting customer proposals
