Lab Stability Coordinator / Associate Quality Professional

MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE

Responsible for coordination of ATM (Abbott Transfusion Medicine) stability program, PRISM and Alinity S stability program management. Scheduling and coordination with multiple testing areas to complete stability test points.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

ResponsibleforcompliancewithapplicableCorporateandDivisionalPoliciesandprocedures

Interfacing with planning, order entry, technical support and laboratory personnel for completion of stability studies. Reporting of stability metrics to site and division. Additional assignments from lab manager and supervisor as needed to support production. ResponsibleforassistingintheimplementationandmaintenanceofaneffectiveQualitySystemforthesite ResponsibleforimplementingandmaintainingtheeffectivenessoftheQualitySystem IndependentlycontributetoQualitySystemprocesseswhichmayincludetraining,correctiveactionand preventiveaction(CAPA) activities,equipmentmaintenance,productandprocessplanning,qualityaudits,validation Determinequalityattributesandrequirements;mayprovidetechnicalassistance Independentlyutilizequalitymanagementtechniquestoperforminvestigationsandfacilitatesolutions Responsibleforindependentlycompletingdocumentationinatimelymannerandinaccordancewith businessstandards; Participateoncross-functionalteams Othertasksanddutiesasassigned UnderstandandcomplywithapplicableEHSpolicies,proceduresandguidelines.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING

Required

Bachelor'sDegreeorequivalentexperienceanddemonstratedcompetence;additionalpost-graduate educationmaycontributetowardthedesiredyearsofexperience;

Typicallyrequires2+yearsofsignificantexperiencetodevelopthecompetencerequiredtomeettheskillsand responsibilitiesoftheposition;

Preferred
  • Bachelor's of Science Degree, Biology, Chemistry, Bio-Chemistry, Medtech, Med-Device Engineering

2 years' laboratory work experience out of pharmaceutical company and/or medical device company, in:
  • Lab scheduling, coordinating, knowledge/import-export savvy with overseas shipping
  • CAPA-Working knowledge
  • LIMS
  • SAP
  • Trackwise
