Executive Administrative Assistant

Gallup is looking for a hands-on, highly energetic and sophisticated team player who can support and orchestrate all necessary administrative functions for a team of senior executives in our Omaha Riverfront office.

What you will do:

As an executive administrative assistant at Gallup, you will skillfully manage multiple calendars; arrange complex schedules and coordinate travel; organize, schedule and prepare for meetings; and provide impeccable service to internal and external customers. Other responsibilities could include providing detailed follow-up notes from meetings; completing expense reports with perfection; updating presentations and documents; and assisting with special projects upon request.

What you need:
  • Two or more years of administrative, sales support or hospitality experience required
  • An associate degree required; an undergraduate degree preferred
  • Expertise and proven proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required
  • The ability to take initiative and complete tasks independently while being a positive and agile team player
  • Eligibility to work in the United States; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
