Coordinator, Supply Chain

Job Summary:

Responsible for processing questions, requests, and re-orders from the field teams in accordance with company policies and procedures. Escalates critical requests and provides activities summaries to management on issues status and resolutions. Find common themes in request through critical thinking
to drive continuous improvement for our stores and customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answers questions, requests, and re-orders from the field teams and completes work in a timely, efficient, and correct manner. Researches new issues and provides management with a root cause and suggestions for immediate/future resolution.
• Resolves warehouse issues including but not limited to receiving errors, labeling inaccuracies, delivery windows, and missed deliveries. Reports on the number of outstanding warehouse requests that remain open. Measures and reports on response time. Escalates critical requests and/or issues to management.
• Communicates potential delivery timing issues, completeness, or accuracy to the field install teams and management.
• Leads weekly meetings with the field to review outstanding requests and Support store questions via a web based tool to help with store-raised incidents. Organize and track in a format that can shared with management.
• Facilitate calls with Suppliers/Warehouse on root cause analysis where repeat issues/themes occur and share findings with management.
• Works with suppliers to coordinate delivery schedules updates, improved performance, manage feedback to drive improvements and correct where support needed in SAP.
• Learn and leverage new tools to be able to properly research, bucket and assign store issues that are outside of Supply Chain to ensure speedy recovery for store.

Basic Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED and at least 2 years of experience with general business.
  • Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and/or print scaling).
  • Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to multitask and properly prioritize based on direction from management and impact to stores and customers.
  • Willing to travel up to/at least 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree and at least 1 year of experience with supply chain.
  • Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word (for example: inserting headers, page breaks, page numbers and tables and/or adjusting table columns).
