With more than 10 medications in market and up to 27 new medications expected to launch over the next 5 years, Novartis Patient & Specialty Services (PSS) is on the forefront of transforming how the industry helps patients start and stay on therapy. As the AD, Program Insights and Analytics, you will contribute to this vision by uncovering and delivering data insights to all PSS stakeholders and eventually help patients start & stay on therapy. The Program Insights & Analytics team is comprised of a diverse, experienced, and talented group of individuals who are singularly focused on leveraging data and insights to improve how PSS helps patients start and stay on therapy. We embrace agility, passion, constructive dialogue, and a willingness to challenge the status quo. Our aim is to build a data & insights obsessed organization that looks at data to guide how we best support our patients and practices.

•Translate business priorities/challenges into data insights for all PSS HQ and field teams
•Deliver insightful and actionable insights and analytics for the PSS teams through the means of automated dashboards
•Operate as leader of the Agile team who serves as the customer proxy responsible for working with analytics teams and other stakeholders to define and prioritize stories in the team backlog
•Review and contribute to the program vision, roadmap, and content presentations
•Create and maintain the scrum team backlog, including user stories and enablers
•Build, edit, prioritize and maintain the team backlog with input from solution architects, developers, testers, and other stakeholders
•Own communications with key stakeholders inside the PSS organization

Minimum requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in relevant area. MBA or Advanced degree in quantitative subject (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Social/Life Sciences) strongly preferred

Fluent in English (oral and written)
•5-7 years experience as analytics product owner in agile or scrum, business analyst and/or system analyst
•Experience in managing data visualization and other analytics products
•3+ years of experience in Patient Services or Market Access or sales / marketing in the pharmaceutical industry
•Experienced in establishing and cultivating relationships; able to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders and partners across the organization
•Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and handle multiple projects and tasks
•Ability to analyze problems, identify alternative solutions and implement recommendations for resolution
