Summary of Job Duties:

The Post Doctoral Fellow will perform research, supervise graduate students, and produce publications.

Regular, reliable and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.


Qualifications:


Minimum Qualifications:
  • Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution of higher education conferred by the start of employment
  • Experience in research in power electronicsconverter design for medium to high power applications such as electric vehicle traction drives or grid-connected devices
  • Experience in design, fabrication, and test of high-power electronics


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prefer to have experience in research areas containing an emphasis on medium voltage power electronics,PCB design, DSP-based controls, and hardware-in-the-loop test stands


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • K nowledge of advanced power electronics controls


Salary Information:
$50,000
