Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist

This role is a remote contract which can be located at any location within the continental United States

BAE is searching for a Contract Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team to support our closed program team located in our NH location in finding Secret cleared and Top secret cleared talent. We are looking for self-motivated individuals with a passion to identify and fill IT technical roles. You will work in a fast paced, performance driven environment with a focus on delivering excellent candidate experiences and keeping the talent pipeline full of great candidates ready to interview.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Deliver full life-cycle recruitment, partner with Human Resources and Hiring Managers to understand the priorities. Assist in scheduling interviews, following up with candidates and ensuring the offer process and onboarding goes smoothly.
  • Qualify candidates before presenting, ensure quick turn around on requests to schedule interviews, and provide timely feedback to candidates.
  • You will interact closely with the recruiting coordinator, interviewers, hiring managers, and recruiting analysts, across the organization to ensure a smooth interview process for candidates.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • 3-5 years' of recruiting experience in a corporate environment or within an agency.
  • Ability to exercise discretion, work independently, and adapt quickly.
  • Strong customer service focus.
  • Ability to screen applicant via phone, email, and text platforms

This is a long term contract role

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • A bachelor's degree with a strong academic record is preferred.
  • A blend of corporate recruiting and agency experience is desirable.
  • Experience recruiting IT, engineering or technical talent is preferred.
  • Very strong customer support and/or sales background.
  • This role is an important extension of our talent acquisition team.
