Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for applying Agile and SDLC QA methodology and standards to verify and validate all products meet specifications and customer acceptance criteria in order to ensure customer satisfaction. This is accomplished through the creation and execution of detailed test plans and test cases in order to test and log defects against the enterprise, web-based, services, and client-server applications. This position requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to extensively document test procedures, expected results, and defects. You will code, test, debug, and deliver software in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Create test cases, plans, and scripts based on story-defined acceptance criteria.
  • Identify, document, and report bugs, errors, and other issues with software applications.
  • Develop, verify and manage the change requests for one component of a project solution.
  • Analyze and identify all issues in requirements and design and assist to provide resolution of issues.


Qualifications:
  • Relevant Degree Preferred
  • No prior work experience required.
  • Excellent analytical and debugging skills and the ability to understand requirements and grasp business acumen is required.
  • Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming or testing frameworks using Selenium Web driver (C# or Java) or similar tool, and basic knowledge of agile methodology.
  • Knowledge of SQL querying for data validation and SDLC Process & Models, Development of QA processes and Procedures, Test Scripts generation and Test Execution & Analysis, Test reporting, and Problem tracking.
  • Basic knowledge of a Performance testing tool such as Jmeter is a plus.
  • You must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.


Estimated Hiring Range:
$50,400.00 - $73,000.00
