Account Manager

Job Description
Manages account services for medium-complexity (middle market) clients with a goal to retain and grow assigned accounts.
Core Duties:
• Day to day main point of contact for all client questions and concerns. Responsible for building and maintaining the relationship with the client.
• Identifies client-specific service issues, identifies solutions and may lead resolution of issues working with other operational areas.
• Provides clients with PayFlex policy, plan design and benefit changes/ product updates including analysis of impact.
• Collaborates with account management team and field to achieve growth/renewal objectives
• Ensure successful retention of assigned accounts (97%) - inclusive of all events within their control

Required Qualifications
Required Experience/Qualifications:
- 3+ years customer service experience
- Demonstrated ability to perform in complex situations
- Experience presenting educational material or compelling story to clients
- Executive presence with ability to communicate change to mid mgt. levels
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
