Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant

Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will be recognized as a strategic partner to our business leaders, functioning as a recruiting expert and collaborator to your clients
You will:
-execute full life cycle recruiting
-partner with hiring leaders and HR Business Partners
-Work independently to achieve hiring goals
-Prioritize your work to achieve day to day success.
-track and inform leaders on progress
-Build and distribute reports as requested by Leaders and clients.
- Manage and/or attend any regular touch base calls/meetings with leaders and clients.
- Effectively leverage all tools and resources provided to help our leaders hire great people.

You will also assist in the development of recruiting strategies and execute them, including the management of complex or unique positions. You will be on the forefront of our existing and new businesses and function as the face of CVS Health to leads and candidates.

Required Qualifications
2+ years of demonstrated, recruiting experience and TA technology expertise.

Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of interview assessment techniques, such as behavioral - based interviewing

• 2 years Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, such as Taleo, Kenexa, Workday, etc.

• Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, PPT, Word)

• Proficient time management skills to prioritize and organize details to meet deadlines of multiple projects with varying deliverable dates.

• Experience providing customer service to clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

Education
HSD or GED required
BS Degree preferred
