This role also owns the performance of the internal data collection services across New Consumer Security group. These responsibilities include some of the following: Development, maintenance and management of internal products, tools and solutions, including the identification of gaps, risks and mitigation approaches Collaborate with Portfolio & Product ensure solutions align agreed product roadmap & feature requirements Engage with key stakeholders and end users to ensure best possible User Experience and business outcomes are achieved, escalating issues as appropriate Provide technical support of service delivery and lifecycle management, to optimise the Product portfolio and ensure that systems continue to operate and evolve in line with the Product Roadmap, wider Tech environment and key standards Track exceptions to standards and drive their remediation Experience of working in a heavily regulated environment Why you? Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Bachelors degree in Science, Engineering, Computing Good knowledge and understanding of IT systems 5+ years of experience of application management, operations, and/or support including knowledge and experience of reporting, data analysis and Change Management Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Knowledge and experience supporting GxP regulated applications Understanding of Value/Flow/Quality and Agile Methodologies Strong conceptual thinking, modelling, analytical and problem-solving skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills, Strong relationship building, team working and influencing skills High learning agility - ability to learn and adapt to new concepts, systems, and software independently and quickly Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
