Associate Director, On boarding Specialist

Job Description

The On boarding specialist owns the delivery and execution of the on boarding training plan along with key launches. The individual will ensure that the trainees along with the Training Managers have all the operational support needed to be successful in their role. They will partner with and make recommendations to the Franchise partners in the development and implementation of comprehensive learning solutions. They will lead the management of our Learning Management System and current Training App to ensure that we meet the compliance of the organization.

Role and Responsibilities:

•Manage the Product Training Leads and Trainers to provide project management for product launch and new indication training.
•Partner with operations and extended team members across the organization to provide project management for major curriculum development initiatives
•Ensure project requirements, risks, deliverables are identified, integrated, tracked and managed from project initiation through implementation
•Facilitate resource planning, risk analysis and management, team communications and senior management reporting of project status.
•Ensure coordination of cross-functional and interagency teams to ensure key initiatives and promotional activities were completed for launch.
•Manage and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Sales Training organization.
•Provide assistance in Sales Training meetings as an event resource.
•Manage logistics and processes for training events such as Phase 1, pocket meetings, internal training program rollout and scheduling and coordinating events and tasks using Outlook and other available tools.
•Partner with operations management and team members to provide project management on operations development and support projects.
•Coordinate and provide logistics support for Phase I and III training.
•Ensure and manage analysis of survey data from Phase 1 and Phase 2 Onboarding program.
•Manage and owning the Sales Training budget: opening and managing POs, vendor management, work directly with Finance to track monthly, quarterly and yearly targets, track budget to monthly target,
•Develop, analyze, create and manage various spreadsheets and reports to management.
•Project support for the Operations Manager.
•Manage and ensuring compliance on all P.O. requests and track invoicing on behalf of NBS US Head of Learning.
•Coordinate with meeting planning teams all support needs for events.
•Owning the Up4growth and LMS transfer of information.

Minimum requirements

•BA/BS required
•Minimum of three years related experience
•Highly customer service driven, team oriented and have a focus on business partnering skills.
•Understanding or background of a sales environment, operations and terminology.
•Ability make decisions, project manage and coordinate events with minimal supervision and during times of ambiguity.
•Outstanding oral and written communication skills and be able to deal effectively with others.
•Capability to operate standard computer software/systems with intermediate to advance competencies in Excel and Power Point.
•Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects (multi-task) in a fast-paced environment in order to meet aggressive deadlines.
•Ability to be flexible in a continually changing environment in order to achieve business needs.
•Passion for problem solving and taking on challenges.
•Ability to self-manage, prioritize and take initiative sometimes in high pressure situations.
•Deadline oriented, with time management skills and strong attention to detail
•Ability to work independently and serve as functional expert
•Presentation and platform skills, including ability to communicate in small and large settings
•Strong Communication (oral/written) & Interpersonal skills
•Ability to influence cross functional, Brand and Franchise partners
•Brand strategy, tactics understanding
•Partnering Skills (brand, medical, vendors etc)
•Knowledge of field/sales force

•Demonstrated experience in working with others to achieve organizational objectives including the ability to anticipate and adapt, own and or/work group tactics to support changing business needs
•Proven ability to manage multiple projects and be accountable for individual & department results
