Position Summary

• Independently engages as the lead insights thought partner to the US Commercial Breyanzi team for launch and follow-on indications. Earns status as a trusted advisor, embedding customer & market insights into business decision making.

• Partners with Customer & Market Insights team leader on broader strategic initiatives impacting the Hematology / CAR T franchise.

• May mentor and manage contractors or rotation development candidates assigned to team, coaches contract staff as needed, and effectively manages service providers to develop and execute appropriate primary research solutions, and deliver insights to drive improved decision-making for competitive advantage.

• Partners collaboratively with Customer & Market Insights, Enterprise Strategy Analytics & Commercial Performance, Commercialization Analytics, and Competitive Intelligence colleagues to deliver integrated value of insights with analytics to stakeholders on the full range of key business questions to inform Ide-cel annual strategic plans, annual brand plans, and US commercial performance.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Independently develops and executes Market Research plans and budgets aligned to business needs through collaboration with US stakeholders and other BI&A team members. Proactively partners to identify knowledge gaps/needs, shape and properly define research questions to address business issues.

• Applies best-in-class, innovative, and appropriate methodologies to address key business questions.

• Effectively manages and partners with service provider agencies to provide their best thinking, strong execution, effective project and timeline management, and appropriate budget controls.

• Ensures customer & market insights are effectively and efficiently communicated through application of effective storytelling techniques. Translates insights into actionable recommendations and facilitates action through workshops with brand teams.

• Collaborates effectively with the BI&A matrix team to integrate insights with analytics to frame and address key business questions, appropriately applying BIA Blueprint framework and ways-of-working principles.

• Ensures that research is conducted with the highest degree of integrity, in compliance with appropriate policies and SOPs, and that learnings are shared broadly and archived effectively for future reference.

• Responds to opportunities to contribute to initiatives outside day-to-day scope of work, working with an enterprise mindset to advance capabilities, culture and engagement.

Requirements

• Degree/Certification: BA/BS in relevant functional discipline required; MBA or MS/MA preferred

• 6-7+ years relevant work experience or PharmD/PhD level degree with 2-3+ years post-graduate relevant work experience.

• Experience independently leading qualitative and quantitative MR methods, including exposure to advanced techniques (e.g., behavioral science and advanced quantitative models)

• Prior secondary analytics, forecasting, Pharmaceutical industry and/or consulting experience preferred;

• Highly collaborative team player with ability to effectively influence in a Worldwide organization with a complex matrix of stakeholders

• Exceptional communication and influencing skills delivered with polish and credibility

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders, meet tight deadlines, and operate with agility and speed
