Associate Director, US Breyanzi CLL Marketing - Nurse and Patient

Summary:

You will be a key member of the US CAR T Marketing Leadership team. Under the direction of the Senior Director Marketing, this individual is responsible for the development, implementation, and execution of Nurse and Patient marketing and educational programs to successfully pull through the launch of Breyanzi, a CAR T product in Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL). This individual will also lead the development, implementation, and execution of Nurse and Patient marketing and educational programs in order to successfully prepare for the future launch of CLL. The candidate actively drives launch tracking, brand plan development, product strategies, tactical development, and implementation plans. Additionally, this function is also instrumental in developing, implementing, and executing collaboration with the CAR T franchise teams to identify synergies and joint initiatives. Naturally, the Associate Director of Marketing builds and maintains close relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and opinion leaders in the market.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Member of US Breyanzi launch team for future indications, responsible for successful launch preparation and strategic planning of market- and brand development.
  • Leads the development of Nurse and Patient marketing derivative materials in line with brand strategy and messages (includes GPO, and Speakers Bureau includes Budget Management, Market Research plan, Advocacy and Patient engagement, Non-personal promotions and Personal Promotions across tactics)
  • Manages multiple brand agencies in strategy and tactic development
  • Organizes efficient review and approval of materials in accordance with regulatory, medical, and legal requirements.
  • Coordinates and executes brand specific multichannel marketing activities / media planning. Manages marketing budgets closely to ensure expenditure is aligned with the brand plan.
  • Ensures effective roll out of marketing campaigns to the field team through cycle briefing meetings & training sessions, in close cooperation with the sales trainer.
  • Collaborate with market research / data analytics initiatives to uncover actionable insights and track progress of goals
  • Partner with larger CAR T franchise to identify cross-functional opportunities and initiatives
  • Tracks implementation (KPIs) and success; develops rapid corrective activities if needed.
  • Keeps up to date with competitive data in the field of CLL and utilizes the information to provide competitive advantages for our brand(s).


Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in natural science and/or business/marketing degree required
  • Strong identification with BMS’s values
  • Deep professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience in marketing material development
  • Highly energetic, self reliant, able to successfully drive performance and deliver results with strong project management skills
  • Independent self-starter, interest in identifying unique opportunities and provide solutions/recommendations
  • Skill at maintaining organization, work performance and accuracy with large workload
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with multiple internal and external partners (brand teams, sales team, market research, agencies, etc.)
  • Proven ability to efficiently drive prioritization and consensus-building with multiple parties to insure timely execution of brand launch
  • Strategic mindset to help simplify new and complex clinical data
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills required
  • Fluency in English, both oral and written communications
  • PC literate in Microsoft Office
  • Strong business acumen and open minded
  • Hematology/lymphoma market experience is preferred
