Job Description:

Blackstone is seeking a highly motivated professional to support our Real Estate Institutional Client Solutions ("ICS") team in expanding our business development and strategy capabilities globally. This role will focus on supporting business development, sales and marketing initiatives for real estate retail products globally, including BREIT and BEPIF. This role will partner with professionals across Real Estate, Private Wealth Solutions ("PWS"), firmwide Institutional Client Solutions, and other Blackstone teams with responsibilities that include:

  • Identify business development opportunities to expand real estate retail marketing into new geographies and channels
  • Compile internal presentations for senior management globally that quantify the opportunity set and define the real estate retail growth strategy, operational considerations and other risks
  • Design roadmap and drive implementation and tracking of sales and marketing strategies, in partnership with Real Estate, PWS and other Blackstone teams
  • Coordinate with PWS on the global buildout of analytics and reporting across sales channels to inform and build consensus around sales and marketing processes and initiatives
  • Generate actionable business insights through the in-depth analysis of key marketing initiatives including events, education programs, competitor analyses, digital campaigns and regional activities
  • Perform ROI analytics/initiative effectiveness to measure effectiveness of global marketing and fundraising platform
  • Assist with special projects in support of the real estate retail business, including spearheading technology initiatives


Blackstone seeks to hire individuals who are highly motivated and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors. The successful candidate should have:

  • 5+ years of experience in financial services, real estate or wealth management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly skilled in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Highly motivated and driven with the ability to work effectively in a cross functional, team environment
  • Data-driven mentality with superior attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and effectively manage time to meet demanding deadlines
  • Knowledge and Proficiency across Tableau and Salesforce encouraged
