Job Description

As a valued colleague on our team, you will enhance and/or refine existing applications and systems to meet new technical requirements with direction from leadership, and perform data analysis at various stages of projects to ensure development of a quality application.

The JuniorRequirements Analystrole will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with application owners to review business processes.
  • Review and define technical and/or data requirements for routine application enhancements.
  • Support efforts to establish and communicate standards for project teams.
  • Contribute to application test plan and evaluate test results.



Desired Experiences
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent

  • Experience in documentation and database reporting for the purposes of analysis, data discovery, and decision-making with the use of relevant software such as Excel and Confluence
  • Experience in the process of analyzing data to identify trends or relationships to inform conclusions about the data
  • Communication skills including communicating in writing or verbally, copywriting, planning and distributing communication, etc.
  • Experience in querying databases with the use of relevant software such as Toad and DBeaver
  • Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal
  • Experience in the graphical representation of information in the form of a charts, diagrams, pictures, and dashboards with programs and tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI

  • Skilled in SQL
  • Skilled in Excel
  • Experience using JIRA
  • Experience using Microsoft Access
  • Experience using SharePoint
