The AD, Regional Pop Health MSL will to serve as Medical lead to proactively engage with Population Health Decision Makers (PHDMs) at payers and SOCs seeking to build robust and compliant partnerships to achieve the triple aims of Population Health Management through effective implementation of evidence-based interventions in disease areas of mutual interest.

Your responsibilities will include:

•Serve as medical lead in SOC accounts with the goal of advancing population health, patient access and customer experience.
•Establish and manage C-suite and D-suite relationships at prioritized SOCs across the region in order to better understand system needs and identify areas of opportunity for research collaboration, patient/system identification for clinical trials, and other activities supporting pipeline and inline products.
•Partner with RWE & Medical Intelligence team to identify opportunities for strategic partnerships to help build a SOC data network.
•Lead and shape overarching medical strategies at the SOC account level. Communicate the clinical and economic value proposition for new and early therapies
•Establish and maintain professional relationships with PHDMs who are involved in formulary decisions, treatment protocol development, quality measures, or population health management in prioritized regional payer and SOC accounts.
•Act as subject matter expert in clinical disease management in prioritized therapeutic areas, customer markets with reimbursement scenarios (i.e. Medicare, Medicaid, private third party, etc.) and the overall healthcare landscape in assigned region(s).
•Develop medical strategies at the payer account level and communicate the clinical and economic value proposition for new and early therapies developed and commercialized by Novartis.
•Communicate data on Novartis products to PHDMs and formulary decision makers or committees. Closely collaborate with Market Access, Medical Unit, and Health Economics Outcomes Research (HEOR) teams.
