HRIS Analyst II

Job Description

You will manage system configurations, trouble-shooting transactions, analysis, testing and some mid-level reporting. You will have experience in Workday HCM Module and some knowledge in Time and Attendance, Absence, and Recruiting Modules. The HRIS Analyst II will report to the HRIS Manager.


Be the Workday HCM/Recruiting/Absence/Time and Attendance expert.
  • Help resolve technical or process issues affecting the supported WD Modules
  • Create Business Process Definitions
  • Schedule and Maintain System-generated Alerts and Automated Mass Operations
  • Participate in the semi-annual Workday system update process
  • Work with Workday security team to build security for Workday business processes and reports.
  • Review, analyze and test all new functionality and enhancements for impacts to other HCM, Payroll and Benefits modules, reports and integrations
  • Develop Workday solutions

Develop comprehensive HCM production support skillsets to include user support, system support, system configuration, monitoring end-user data input, identify control opportunities, implementing solutions, and resolving user issues.
  • Complete assigned production support tickets and project tasks
  • Validate and analyze reports and data to ensure data integrity standards

Partner with Senior HRIS Analysts on common goals to gain knowledge and expand skills

Partner with HRIS Strategy team on implementation of new functionality, enhancements and various HCM projects

Basic Qualifications:
  • Required: 2+ years HRIS Analyst Experience
  • Required: 2+ years' experience in Workday HCM
  • Experience with HR, Benefits and Payroll functions and data
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, macros) to include proficiency in spreadsheet analysis
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain data and findings to a non-technical audience.
  • Must be detail oriented with high degree of accuracy.
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, information systems, or equivalent combination of education and experience..
