Work Schedule: 5 AM - 1:30 PM PST, Monday - Friday


The Technical Services Associate provides effective implementation, coordination and facilitation of Technical Service tool calibration and training classes within assigned function(s). The incumbent is responsible for updating and maintaining student, machine and metrology database information in compliance with company policies and procedures. The Technical Services Associate provides specialized administrative support to the assigned team(s). The incumbent receives on-site service requests and directs inquiries to appropriate parties within the assigned areas of responsibility.


  • Coordinates distribution and tracking of calibrated Field Service tools to meet regulatory compliance within the assigned areas of responsibility.
  • Creates and maintains all applicable class schedules within the assigned function(s) on a routine basis.
  • Assists with necessary travel logistics related to technical training classes within the assigned function(s)
  • Ensures all students are provided with required educational aids and/or materials for the applicable training class(es).
  • Distributes, collects and processes customer satisfaction surveys with a focus on continuous improvement efforts.
  • Manages applicable databases to ensure the ongoing maintenance of class and/or student information
  • Follows company policies and procedures obtain and enter necessary data accurately into the applicable system(s).
  • Assists with applicable machine maintenance data management as necessary to include machine warranties and service contracts.
  • Provides front end customer support for scheduling of installation and repair of supported medical devices.
  • Utilizes company policies and procedures to accept and appropriately direct calls for both internal and external customers, requests and inquiries within the assigned areas of responsibility.
  • Provides diverse administrative support as requested.
  • Assists with various projects as assigned by direct supervisor.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • High School Diploma required

  • 0 - 1 year's related experience.
  • Good computer skills with the ability to learn diverse software applications (e.g., word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, email, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to type 45 wpm with good accuracy.
  • Detail oriented with great organizational skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills to work cohesively within a team environment.
  • Great customer service skills with a positive, enthusiastic and energetic attitude.
  • Good oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
