Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Description
This position exists to ensure the delivery of quality IT products. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, leading participation and advising during requirements and design project phases. Strategizing, forecasting, executing and documenting application testing. Developing and improving awareness of project, workstream and release level risks. Accountable for simultaneous projects of varied complexity. Ensure team performs comprehensive testing to prevent introduction of application defects into Regression, End to End, Client and Production environments. Responsible for validating QA, UAT and Business Scenarios are correctly translated in Functional and Regression Test Cases. Develop automated functional and automated regression Test Bed that would include test data preparation across multiple applications

Required Qualifications
• 3-5+ years experience as a Software QA Analyst
• 3-5+ years of hands on experience test planning, automation and test execution
• In-depth knowledge of preparing test documentation: Test Plans, Test Scenarios, Test Case, Test Results and Test Summary reports
• 1-3+ years experience with Selenium Automation
• 1-3 years experience with Rally tool
• Able to automate complex functional and regression test scenarios
• Extensive knowledge in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle
• Strong understanding of Defect Workflow, Waterfall and Scrum/Agile methodology experience
• SOAP UI
• Intermediate level SQL skills
• Team player and works well with others
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and business language

Preferred Qualifications
• Able to work independently under high-pressure environments
• Highly self-motivated and self-directed
• Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Strong Backend testing experience with excellent SQL skills
• Knowledge of PBM and experience with Healthcare industry

Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience required, one additional year of experience is required for each year of college not attained.
