Job Summary:
The Senior Analyst is responsible for assisting with the successful development of Stanford Health Care's digital patient portal, MyHealth. Working closely with teams across the organization, the Senior Analyst supports the operational execution, technical integration, and monitoring of MyHealth initiatives by engaging and coordinating with SHC business and operations teams to understand workflows, synthesizing quantitative data, monitoring the performance of our digital efforts, conducting train-the-trainer sessions, etc. Under the guidance of senior members of the team, the senior analyst will independently address issues and deliver clear communication and documentation of complex concepts and issues related to applications, interfaces, data analysis, and workflows across the organization.

MyHealth is a software platform developed in-house so that we can enable a best-in-class digital patient experience, increase access to premier Stanford care, empower physicians to provide leading-edge patient care and be a catalyst for digital innovation across the organization. Essential Functions:
Works with multiple stakeholders on cross-functional projects to implement technology-enabled solutions in a health care context.
Understands existing workflows in health care operations and management and propose technology
Enabled innovations that improve our patient experience or reduce our cost of doing business.
Interprets data, define new data collection and analysis processes. Prepares reports for executive
leadership that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
Supports the business management and operational execution of critical MyHealth initiatives, translating strategy into executable plans.
Represents the product management function in program/project meetings.
Acts as the primary interface to our hospitals-identifies patient and family needs, evangelizes software
Features to hospital staff, and analyze care team operations.
Works directly with management, medical staff, patients and caregivers to gather requirements,
Understand critical needs, and identify analytical metrics and KPIs.
Analyzes data to answer questions from stakeholders and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision
Makers and identify opportunities to drive MyHealth growth, i.e., be a data-driven advocate for change.
Oversee and hold ultimate accountability for the execution of rollout plans and closely monitor
outcomes/metrics, providing updates to internal stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong relationships throughout the organization, and support the development and
Execution of scalable train-the-trainer programs.
Define and maintain project plans and communication for multiple workstreams. Work to a defined goal
and meet deadlines.

Minimum Qualifications Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science Degree from an accredited college or university. Experience: Five (5) years of directly related work experience ideally in medical operations or software development. Experience Preferred: Master's in Public Health or equivalent. Strong data analysis skills and demonstrated ability to synthesize large amounts of complex data into meaningful summaries and business insights. Experience with Epic or similar experience with health information technology. Practical experience in statistical analysis through the use of statistical packages.
