Our location in Columbus, OH, currently has an opportunity for a Data Science Analyst.

  • Deliver balanced understanding of data and business dynamics that allows the Commercial Analytics team to provide clear point of view and perspective that recommendations and actions can be built on.
  • A thought leader in advanced analytics, brand analytics, and sales analytics that supports our Pediatric Nutrition businesses.
  • Solve complex problems that require knowledge in statistics, math, and computer science.
  • Support the design and measurement of A/B tests.
  • Involved in program development and data engineering using R and SQL Server.
  • Build data transformations and maintain data quality of structured datasets using SQL procedures and Azure Data Factory.
  • Design and develop dashboards in Power BI.
  • Presents regularly to Sales and Marketing.


  • Bachelor's degree required. Preferably related to Data Science, Business Analytics, Math, or Computer Science.
  • 3+ years of experience in corporate analytics role.
  • Required experience with the following languages:
    • R
    • SQL
  • Strong preference for experience with the following technologies/data:

  • Power BI/Tableau
  • Azure Data Factory
  • AC Nielsen
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated ability in managing data and building insights related to both market trends and sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience in providing thought leadership and influence to senior management.
  • Excellent analytical skills, including strong data interpretation skills, and demonstrated experience telling clear, accurate and compelling stories that synthesize trends across multiple reports or data sources that drive marketing and executive decision making.
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivated and internally driven. Consistently delivers work that exceeds expectations.
  • Proven success in managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
