Job Description

TheAssociate Director,NeuropsychiatryPayer Insights is responsible for the successful scope, execution and delivery of all payer- and reimbursement-relatedanalytics, research, and insights in theneuropsychiatryspace. This individual will workwith internal colleagues within Market Access & Reimbursement(MA&R)and cross collaboratively with field teams, Brand, Patient Services,Finance,and Commercial Operations teams.

This individual will play a pivotal part in the launch ofzuranolone, a potential first-in-class short-course treatment for major depressive disorder (MDD).This role and the insights generated in it will meaningfully impact workstreams such as customer targeting, pricing and contracting strategy, and launch performance tracking.

Keyresponsibilities will include:
  • Conductpayer-and reimbursement-relatedreporting, analytics, research, and insights workto supportthe neuropsychiatry business, includinga potential launch inMDD
  • Partner cross-functionally and participate in analysis and preparation of performance and opportunity assessments
  • Plan and execute market research
  • Build and executepayer-relatedreporting and insight generation foraccount management and field reimbursementteams
  • Lead insights generation for major initiatives within Payer and Channel Marketing
  • Conduct insights generation for public policy evolution


The ideal candidate will possess the following key skills and competencies:

· Experience in US market access and payer space

· Strong analytical skills

· Experience executing market research

· Familiarity with incorporating qualitative and quantitative inputs into projects

· Ability to proactively deliver moderately complex analytical investigations and cross-functional projects with limited guidance

· Comfort with ambiguity and ability to absorb and logically structure information into analytical deliverable outputs

· High sense of urgency with the ability to work under tight timelines

· Demonstrated Strong Communication Skills – both efficient and succinct in verbal and written communications/deliverables

· Attention to detail, yet proven ability to maintain an “80/20” mindset

· Independent, out-of-the-box thinker with conviction of thought

Education and experience:

· BA/BS required

· MBA or relevant work experience preferred

· 8-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry and/or strategic consulting discipline

· 4-6 years of experience in US market access or biosimilars

In this field-based, specialty sales representative position you will be called upon to sell our products with key stakeholders in the Alzheimer’s Disease community: including Neurologists and allied health professionals.
