The Global Technology Platformorganizationis a global team that supports all ofWalmart (US, Sam’s, and International), omni-channel technologies (in store/club, pick-up/delivery, on-line shopping)for the Fortune 1 company in the world. The Program Management Office drives the execution of the rhythms needed to achieve Platform's goals in an agile, predictable, and efficient manner.We play our part in innovating on the world’slargeststage, you’ll deliver customer-centric solutionsfor some of our most strategicoperating frameworks.

As Staff Technical Program Manager for one of our global teams, you’ll lead and execute on a large portfolio of strategic initiatives that help support our global development community at Walmart. In our highly collaborative environment, you will work with cross-functional teams building platforms and infrastructure services which, enables Walmart Platform to scale. Your natural ability to build effective cross-functional relationships and balance a wide range of competing demands will help ensure delivery in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone with hands-on technical program, and technical project management experience with infrastructure teams such as compute, network, and storage along with cloud technologies exposure.

You’ll sweep us off our feet if…

· You have hands-on experience in technical program management building infrastructure/ environments using Scrum methodology. Building Systems (physical/ cloud/ VM’s), Database (11g ,MySQl, Big Data, Hadoop), Network, San storage, monitoring.

· You have working knowledge of product development for Infrastructure which includes on-premises as well as Cloud technologies (Openstack, Azure etc).

· Experience leading teams using Agile Framework, Good command on Agile Delivery, Implementation, and Best Practices

· Hands–on experience using Jira, ServiceNow and Confluence Tool

· You are familiar with ITIL service management concepts which will help you to manage execution on the production stages.

You’ll make an impact by:

· Collaborating with project stakeholders (product, engineering, operations) to develop and drive Infrastructure services overall goals.

· Defining frameworks and executing program roadmaps and schedules for multiple workstreams.

· Identifying and managing critical path workflows and cross-functional dependencies; collecting and analyzing project metrics to manage initiatives and drive accountability; identifying and resolving bottlenecks.

Escalating and communicating program related issues to mitigate risks.

· Owning and driving stakeholder engagements for quarterly business planning process, KPI definition, executive updates, and agile practices.

· Evaluatingtheeffectivenessof yourprograms and initiativesto improve efficiency and cost-effectivenesswithparticipating stakeholders
