Advisor, Data Engineering

Job Description
Caremark LLC, a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in Northbrook, IL: Advisor, Data Engineering to devise methods for identifying data patterns and trends in available information source to produce financial and market intelligence. Duties include: collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define their data and business intelligence (BI) requirements by leveraging knowledge of enterprise-level business intelligence technologies; access data, design summary data layers and manipulate large datasets to support planned analysis using SAS, SQL, and other enterprise-level database technologies; discuss data components with various Pharmaceuticals companies; execute complex Data reporting components; act as subject matter expert in the business intelligence field, training Enterprise Analytics team members and non-technical business users on how to utilize data layers and reporting tools; work on complex medium and large-scale business intelligence projects related to health care analytics; design and implement robust analytic technologies and data reporting solutions to support identified needs using Python data science and other Python optimization libraries; develop, implement, and maintain analytics methodologies for standardized and repeating business intelligence reporting; implement DevOps (CI/CD Pipeline) and automation through Jenkins, Urban Code Deploy (UCD) and GitHub; and assess existing available data, identifying data gaps, and collaborating with business partners to develop approaches to close data gaps.

Required Qualifications
Five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience with each of the following: Anaconda for Python; Python Programing for Data Science; Teradata; SQL; Mainframe Cobol; VSAM MicroStrategy; JIRA; Alteryx; MS Project, Tableau, and GitHub; Jenkins; HP ALM Kanban Process; Sprint Review; Scrum Ceremonies; Product Traceability; Artifacts; and Scrum ReleasePlan.

Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
