Job Description
BAE Systems seeks a Microsoft Windows and Automated Litigation Support (ALS) Application support engineer to perform system reviews, design planning, and participate in architecture discussions and technology roadmap planning for current and future ALS integration efforts. This work shall include integrating, upgrading, and supporting ALS applications into a Windows 10 environment while using litigation applications such as Ipro, Eclips, Relativity, and Concordance.

Our customer is responsible for providing administrative, technical and legal support to 94 offices located in over 250 geographically dispersed sites throughout the continental United States, Alaska, Guam, the Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Each of the districts contain one or more offices that vary in size from 2 to 800 users. Within each district, one site is designated the District Headquarters (HQ) site and the remaining sites are designated Branch (BR) offices.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Windows desktop engineering experience
  • Understanding of the application of security controls such as USGCB/STIG, etc.
  • Microsoft Office application experience
  • Integrating ALS applications onto an image
  • Litigating software such as Eclipse, Ipro and Concordance
  • Good writing skills
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust


Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Understanding of SCCM package deployment via MDT
  • Knowledge of PKI
  • PowerShell, VBScripting
  • VMWare experience
  • Interacting with Government clients on a regular basis.
  • Working understanding of project management best practices.
  • Large, enterprise-scale integration
  • ITIL certification
