Bristol-Myers Squibb in Manati, PR is searching for a remarkable Culture and Change Management Leader. As our Culture and Change Management Leader, you will create and implement strategies and programs that define/enhance site culture collaborating with multiple functions above and across site to deploy, improve and sustain site Culture of Excellence. The incumbent must comply with all Security Guidelines, Environmental Health and Safety regulations and the current Good Manufacturing Practices required by the Job Function.

PRINCIPAL OBJECTIVE OF POSITION
  • Define the overall culture strategy, objectives and success measures including change management to effectively cascade down through the organization to improve Quality & deliver on business goals.
  • Develop, Lead, and execute the COE and change management Compliance plan.
  • Champion and oversees cultural integration across the organization for safety, quality, and continuous improvement as part of a way of life for the entire organization.
  • Provide leadership and coaching to site leaders by creating strategies to improve performance and embed problem solving to drive quality as a key element of the culture.
  • Collaborate with Site HRBPs and senior leadership to define employee engagement strategy to cultivate an organizational culture that promotes exceptional talent, recognize achievements, performance management, and capability building based on Culture of Excellence behaviors.
  • Collaborate with key functions above and across site within EHS, Quality/Compliance, HR, and Site Strategy to identify prioritized activities to promote and deploy the culture and change management strategy.
  • Partner with Operational Excellence to foster a continuous improvement mindset (e.g., current practices are routinely challenged and common approaches to excellence are identified and implemented).
  • Liaise with senior leaders to ensure alignment with the overall Culture of Excellence behaviors and be willing to coach but also challenge senior leaders where necessary to arrive at the best outcome for the site.
  • Measure benefit impact through site/network cultural engagement surveys and use insights proactively to feed into continuous improvement. Cultural progress should ultimately reduce quality risks and have a positive impact on Right First Time and the Delivery to Our patients .
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments, best practices, and trends in GPS Culture of Excellence to bring insight and expertise to the organization.
  • Proactively execute process confirmation to identify potential gaps between what Leaders say vs. what they do, and to track/measure KPIs and KBIs to ensure the program is working effectively.
  • Enhance visibility to sustained senior leadership support for embedding quality culture throughout BMS-Manati.


KNOWLEDGE / SKILL
  • BS or BA in Engineering, Natural Science or a related pharmaceutical science.
  • Fifteen (15) years progressive experience in one or more areas of pharmaceutical operations and supply chain.
  • Five (5) years of experience leading technically complex projects, including for parenteral operations, in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
  • A dynamic, influential Leader with proven expertise in designing and leading cultural transformation, site scale organizational change, project management and enterprise-wide program communications.
  • Experience implementing change management & continuous improvement principles, methodologies, and tools in a regulated environment with in-depth knowledge of quality, compliance, and risk management.
  • Demonstrated business acumen in communicating and collaborating at various levels in an organization including stakeholder management required.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple organizational priorities and / or initiatives requiring change management involvement.
  • Ability to provide innovative ideas that create value including seeking new information and external insights and benchmarking without compromising compliance.
  • Strong analytical skills, able to draw and present findings and recommendations.
  • Able to frame, formalize and present analysis / process design /project status.
  • Fully bilingual - Oral & Written in both English and Spanish language. Excellent communications skills. Ability to influence people and establish relationships with multiple levels / functions within the organization.
  • Willing to perform required project tasks, if needed, in a 24/7 manufacturing operation.
