General Purpose of Job

This position will perform and deliver on routine assignments for their assigned area(s) of responsibility independently in accordance with established procedures/guidelines. This position is responsible for providing operational and administrative support to the Retirement Solutions Distribution area(s).

Duties and Responsibilities

Answers questions from stakeholders regarding administrative procedures via email, telephone or in person.

Contributes to administrative projects when needed.

Delivers routine work independently, in accordance with established procedures and guidelines, in a timely manner and meets deadlines appropriately.

Makes routine & non-routine decisions under close supervision, applying limited discretion within role except for matters of significance which affect the business as a whole or a significant part of it, in accordance with established procedures/guidelines

Meets or exceeds departmental quality and service standards.

Performs task by applying core knowledge obtained from the role and acquires increasingly more knowledge to apply in the role.

Reviews and processes documents for completeness and proper approvals as needed.

Reviews daily workflow, enters information in database(s), and completes other routine tasks and responsibilities.

Supports and promotes change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives within assigned area(s) of responsibility.

Supports internal wholesalers by running routine illustrations and sales reports.

Supports marketing campaigns through administrative tasks.

Works overtime as needed.

Work Arrangement

Hybrid/Office : Employees will work in a Lincoln office generally three days each week and work from home the remainder of the days, following any applicable in-office training period determined by their manager.
