Job Description

As a valued contributor to our team, you will work within the team to manage MI processes, assessoperational risks, and coordinatetactical execution and day-to-day operations for managing loans and mortgage-backed security (MBS) pool transactions, as well as ensure data accuracy.

Develop operational processes used across the mortgage insurance industry that bring certainty and efficiencies such as the Mortgage Insurance Factors.

The Operations - Business Analysis - Senior Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
  • Observe and provide feedback on day-to-day operations for managing loans and MBS pool transactions.
  • Adhere to firm guidelines and controls to mitigate operational and financial risk.
  • Participate in loan management activities that support business unit goals; opportunity to advise management on how to best support business unit goals.
  • Identify and recommend resources to support loan management workflow.


Qualifications

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Minimum Required Experiences
  • 4 years of related experience
  • Technical skills; SAS, Toadand Python
  • Experience working in the mortgage industry
  • Data analytics experience required
  • Must have previous experience leading a large scale implementation and seeing it through from start to finish
  • Operational risk knowledge, developing operational strategies to reimagine mortgage insurance processes
  • An understanding of how to use analytics to identify automation and efficiencies
  • Prior experience around process improvements
