About the job

Ensures critical talent identification processes, systems, tools, and training are effective, scalable and sustainable. Provides Talent Review data and analytics support to Talent Development, HRBPs, and leaders with the aim of accelerating and strengthening TI's critical talent bench. Partners with HRIT to lead the HCM configuration to ensure full tool entitlement by TI. This role interfaces with HRBPs, Talent Development, ITS, People Analytics and external vendors to align talent strategies and the systems, tools or processes required for successful execution.

Roles and responsibilities
  • Define scope and HCM configuration needs to support the identification and development of TI's most critical talent; partner with Business Analysts to enable the right functionality and provide the ongoing configuration support to efficiently deploy ongoing system changes and release management.
  • Offers subject matter expertise to enhance talent review related systems, tools, processes with end user focus. This includes identifying high potential talent, conducting talent reviews in the system, gathering and making available information about our critical talent at the individual level and the group level, providing data and data insights about critical talent pools to senior leaders and HR Leaders.
  • Administers talent review tools and ensures proper alignment and growth of technology capabilities in support of critical talent identification and reporting.
  • Provides training, tools and resources to Talent Development and HRBPs to facilitate Talent Reviews in their organizations
  • Partners with HR IT to optimize talent review processes for automation and reduction of manual processes, and provide greater visibility of data to TD and HRBPs.
  • Partners with People Analytics team regarding descriptive and predictive analytics related to critical roles and talent pools.
  • In partnership with HRIT, create an effective reporting strategy, including dashboards and analytical output of people data that helps inform/enable our critical role bench strategy and provides actionable data analytics that helps our business leaders achieve their strategic people goals.
  • Communicates and collaborates with stakeholders regarding critical talent review initiatives, builds internal and external relationships to ensure strong partnerships and acts as change agent to influence stakeholders to embrace best practices in talent identification.


Knowledge, skills and abilities:
  • Strong functional knowledge of the Oracle HCM Cloud system required.
  • Strong focus on the end user experience, practical and pragmatic solutions
  • Experience leading project teams and driving their work to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Strong project, program, process management and organizational skills
  • Experience managing workstreams, including monitoring for project issues and sound judgement for escalation. Ability to partner with vendors and internal IT (performance and escalation)
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Highly effective self-starter and self-directed. Experience in setting priorities and balancing competing deadlines. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
  • Must have a proven record of building relationships and establishing credibility through consistent delivery/execution; influencing of senior stakeholders
  • Proven ability to align strategic and operational needs with systems and processes
  • Knowledgeable of evolving product landscape in the marketplace
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 years' experience
