The Provider Onboarding Liaison plays a key role as a liaison between incoming providers hired and internal teams to facilitate a timely start date for all incoming MedExpress urgent care and on-site solutions providers. This position will ensure a streamlined process across all platforms to ensure a seamless onboarding process that is completed in a timely manner through communication with our providers, credentialing, payer enrollment, recruiting, AP Compliance, scheduling and training teams.

You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop a strong relationship with onboarding providers through all means of communications both written and telephonic
  • Initiate provider build within the credentialing data management system eVIPS
  • Manage the electronic application process e-Apply within the credentialing data management system eVIPS
  • Building of and execution of welcome packets as outlined by our payer contracts and credentialing requirements in the credentialing data management system eVIPS
  • Act as a liaison for provider during the lifecycle of onboarding
  • Manage assigned provider's progress through onboarding process and proactively handle any barriers to initiate employment
  • Assist in multi-departmental outreach to provider during onboarding process
  • Set and perform alert actions within the credentialing data management system eVIPS
  • Perform CAQH attestations every 90 days
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to interact at all organizational levels, including providers
  • Process Driven


Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of healthcare experience or liaison work
  • Experience in eVIPS and/or other credentialing software

The hourly range for Colorado residents is $15.00 to $22.02.
